Though service was slow to get started (checking in lots of other cars even though no people were there), they managed to get my car finished on a day they said was filled. They were very polite and helpful after the preliminary wait...

Though I was told there was no time for service and had to drop the car off Sat. morning, but they wouldn't get to it until Monday, they still managed to fit it in on Saturday and get it fixed. That was awesome.

I had routine service (oil change)...My experience was excellent...I was well greeted, well treated, and my questions were answered with significant detail...The customer waiting area was very comfortable and the atmosphere is always very friendly at this dealership...5 stars!!!

Had the car inspected(annual). KIA executed this event quickly. I received a comprehensive write-up of the inspection.
KIA also washed and vacuumed the car! Very impressed!
The service dept always handles my vehicle professionally and with great care as if the car was their own!

My recent experience at Wagner Kia was excellent. I was treated like a VIP by the sales person, service manager, and even the general manager! They did everything they could to make my experience a great one and walked me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle with ease. I look forward to doing business in the future with Wagner Kia and would reccommend them to my friends and family.
