?When Kia revealed the redesigned 2016 Optima, all of us here at Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury got extremely antsy for its arrival. While its new look is not a dramatic change from last year, it’s now larger, more comfortable, and more feature-packed than ever. In preparation for its arrival, Kia has announced the pricing details of the 2016 Optima.
The base-level optima will remain the LX trim level, which will start from an affordable $21,840. This trim comes pretty well equipped with things like a 5-inch touchscreen, a rearview camera, six-way adjustable seats, and more. Driver's looking for a little more pep can step up to the LX 1.6T, which features a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine and a dual-clutch transmission, for $23,990.
The midrange EX trim level starts at $24,890. It adds in features like a 2.4-liter engine, projector headlights, LED positioning lights and taillights, heated mirrors, a 12-way power driver's seat with memory, and leather upholstery.
The SX trim comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, Bi-Xenon headlights and Dynamic Bending Lamps all for $29,690, while the SXL trim adds High Beam Assist and more for $35,790, respectively.
