The Carnival has plenty of impressive technology throughout the cabin. The 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system includes Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration standard. You'll also have seven USB ports distributed around the cabin, enough for every passenger to keep their device charging on some trims around Worcester.
The Carnival EX upgrades the infotainment screen to a 12.3-inch screen and adds a wireless phone charger. The SX Prestige rounds it all off by turning the instrument cluster into a 12.3-inch cluster LCD display and adding a Bose® Premium Audio System.

They can control your vehicle's steering, acceleration and deceleration and use radar technology to keep you moving down the highway with minimal intervention.
With a 3.5-liter V6 engine under the hood of the Carnival, you'll be impressed with the power of this minivan. It can generate up to 290 horsepower or 262 pound-feet of torque, which allows it to tow up to 3,500 pounds through Westborough when properly equipped. The eight-speed automatic handles gear shifts well, and you may be surprised by the smooth and responsive handling.
It's hard not to fall in love with the interior of the Kia Carnival. A 10-way power-adjustable driver's seat with two-way power lumbar support is standard on all but the base trim along with heated front seats, SynTex upholstery and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear shift knob. Lounge seats for the second row with wing-out headrests and leg extensions are available along with genuine embossed and perforated leather trim.
You'll find 40.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row, giving you plenty of space for your vacation out of Boston without having to sacrifice seating. If you do fold down the seats, you can increase your cargo capacity up to 145.1 cubic feet. You can have seating for up to seven or eight passengers depending on your trim choice, and they'll enjoy up to 168.2 cubic feet of passenger volume to stretch out in.
The Carnival takes inspiration from the Telluride SUV, adopting a bold and boxy look that's sure to turn heads around Westborough. The signature LED daytime running lights flow smoothly into the silver or matte chrome grille, and the taillights run across the full width of the car for style and visibility. The Carnival comes standard with multi-reflector LED headlights, and you can upgrade to full LED headlights on the SX Prestige.
