The all-new 2018 Kia Stinger sport sedan is already turning heads. This past Thursday, the exciting fastback was honored with an EyesOn Design award for Production Car Design Excellence at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The officially sanctioned awards program of the NAIAS, the EyesOn Design Awards honor the best production and concept vehicles making their worldwide auto show debut.

Poised to redefine its segment, the 2018 Kia Stinger is a fastback sport sedan focused on power, passion, and performance. Delivering both luxury and exciting performance, the Stinger makes a statement even when it is not in motion. With a wide, powerful stance and clean, sleek lines, the Stinger forgoes the boy-racer aggression common for the segment, and instead delivers an air of elegance and athleticism.

“We’ve made a lot of great cars and I’m proud of all of them, but the Stinger is something special,” said Peter Schreyer, Kia Motors’ chief design officer.

The 2018 Kia Stinger begins arriving in dealerships across the country later this year.
